I do! 118 and 119!
My friends may think I'm crazy but I truly see it everywhere!
Gas prices, numbers at work, when I check the time, work badges, peoples phone numbers and much much more.
I was beginning to think I was going crazy till I came across this site!

Amityville Horror

If your a ghost horror film watcher like myself you know this one is a classic. The movie was actually based off a book written by Jay Anson based off a true story involving an actually house.

You see Amityville is located in Babylon in Suffolk County, New York, in the United States
It was built in 1924, however the story begin with the DeFeos family who was a family of seven who were murdered by their eldest son Ronnie. His mother, father, two sisters, and two brothers were all found dead in their beds. 

Apparently as the story goes the family was found all in their beds with gun shot wounds in all 6 victims. The strange part about this is how would the family not have heard the gun shots as he went from room to room and even up the the third floor? Surely one would have woken to find out what was going on. 
Later this was proven that the children were in fact awake along with the mother when bring shot. It's possible he had told them to lay
in their beds face down so he wouldn't have to see their faces as he pulled the trigger. 
But after a trial of him claiming insanity he was found guilt despite some of his wild stories, some of which included a man in a dark hooded outfit handing him the gun telling him to kill his family. 

Several years later a family by the last name Lutzes moved into the Amityville home with their three children. 
After moved in they had the house blessed, not because of a worry of a haunting but since a friend suggested they should and owed them a favor. A priest named Ray blessed the house and said when blessing one room he felt it was cold even for winter and head a deep voice behind him say "Get out!" and apparently felt someone slap him across the face even thought no one was in the room. 
Strange events began to happen after that. Moving objects, voices, doors slamming, footsteps and even possessions.
The family moved out of the house after a terrifying night of the kids beds moving, something getting into the bed with the parents, something invisible, doors slamming open and shut at once. 
The father when leaving that night claims to have seen a hooded figure in the house. 
Either way enough was enough for the family.

Is the haunting of Amityville real? 
Who's to say?

Many say that the Amitville Horror was just a hoax and is just a beautiful old house with a tragic story.

To date no other families have experienced any sort of hauntings... 

4 Types Of Haunting's

Ghosts,  phantom, entity, shadow, apparition, haunt, and so on.

What are ghosts? That's something I can't answer, but I can tell you about the different kinds of haunting's.

Residual

This is a haunting of a ghost repeating a moment of time. This could be the moment before their death, or a moment in their life. A residual haunt is like a memory imprint left in the environment.

Intelligent

A very common style of haunting. This is when the spirit is there and fully aware and can interact with the living. Generally they are taking care of unfinished business. Usually causes foot steps, banging or some moving objects.

Poltergeist 

These are usually confused demonic haunting. They are noisy and loud often moving objects and causing destruction for no apparent cause.

Demonic

Very rare. Common sign of demons is the smell of sulfur and often times there are other spirits. They are very noisy and destructive much like a poltergeist only demonic presence tend to attach them selves to the living. Often to young girls.

Ouija Boards

Ouija boards!
Created in the 1890's as a harmless board game, today is views by many believers as a doorway for sprits and demons into our world.

Have you ever had any experiences with a Ouija board?

I have used a Ouija board once, at a friends house. It was with 3 friends and her younger sister and to this day I'm still unsure if I could trust the sister playing the game... We talked with a spirt named Bob who wanted to travel the world. Since that day we did start experiencing strange things in my friends basement where we played the game. Radio's turning on and off, doors opening and closing, or even uneasy sleeps at night when staying over.

My grandmother once told me of a story that took place here in Ottawa. She was watching my aunt when she was only 6 one night. It was just the two of them so my aunt wanted to play with the Ouija board. My grandma at this point didn't believe in the board powers so agreed. She says the board would spell out curse words and telling them to die. Unable to tell her 6 year old daughter what the board was spelling out and unable to believe it was her daughter writing out the curse words she put the game away and never touched it again. They moved from the house a few years after.

Pantry Ghost

I recently signed up to become a Paranormal Ghost Hunter here in Ottawa, and I'm so excited to start! My friend will be joining me as well and we may do some investigation of our on around the area.

Story Details

I decided to look into more detail about the haunted house in London my mother told me about.
I actually went to my mother and asked her for the exact address.
10 Langborough Rd Wokingham England.
After some research I have learned that Wokingham is in fact known for it’s ghosts that walk their homes. 
The home was last sold April 26 2002….
And other then that it was very hard to find information on them.

The Photo Above says 65 but my Grandmother Verified that this was in fact the right house. The one on the right is my Great grandparents old home.

Ghosts.

Something we heard about as children and feared at night. As children we dress up as them for Halloween and worry about them in our sleep.
Ghost use to be something real to many of us, and to many it still is.

Growing up in a large family I never got much one on one time with my mother. Yet some of my fondest memories of her are when she would tell me tales for ghosts and spirits haunting homes.

One of my all time favorites was one that took place in Plymouth England. You England is a very old country with many tales of ghosts that haunt peoples homes.
My grandmother grew up there, and my mother would visit every view years to see her grandmother, and my great mother.

My mother told me the story of the house next door to her grandmothers. There was a young girl named Abby, that lived there around the same age as my mother. One day she woke up early and went to visit this Abby. Abby’s mother let her in and told her to head right upstairs since Abby was just in her room.
My mother headed up the stairs and as she described it, each step she began to get colder and colder, and feel a strange sense of depression raising in her chest. Once she reach the top of the steps she was nearly in tears, and ran straight back down and out the front door swearing never to return.

Year later she did return, and built up the courage to visit the spooky house next door. Living there now was an older couple with no children. My mother brought up the conversation of the staircase over tea one night and her creepy encounter.
Apparently the couple looked to each other and admitted they experienced very similar experiences on the staircase. Determined to figure the mystery they had done research on the house.
Their findings were back in the 1800’s a woman; her husband and their mentally disabled child had lived in the very same house. One day when frustrated with her son not understanding her she shook him at the top of the steps. By mistake pushing him down the staircase where he tragically broke his neck.
This old couple now believes that the mother stands at the top step crying over her son… but who’s to say.
